I’m Allysha Jindal, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. With over a decade of experience in health and wellness, I help individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with compassion and care. My Journey to Becoming a Therapist
